AI Employees for your Business
AI employees are no longer science fiction. Stefan Neuss, founder of WERA Capital Partners, believes every business with six, seven or eight-figure revenue should use them. He explains what they are, what they can do and why they matter.

What is an AI employee?

An AI employee does the work of a human employee, but in digital form. It is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, all year round.

What it can do

In the back office, AI employees can take on a wide range of routine tasks. They accept customer orders, book appointments into the calendar, create invoices automatically and send them to customers together with a payment link. Finally, the customer receives an email confirming that the service is booked, scheduled and paid.

The difference from human staff

Human employees receive wages, take holidays, sometimes fall ill and may leave the company. AI employees have no missed days and no salary. Neuss does not suggest replacing people entirely. In his view, the right mix of human staff and AI employees is the key.

Lower costs, higher margins

WERA Capital Partners uses AI employees itself to digitalise as many processes as possible. According to Neuss, this has reduced operating costs dramatically. As costs fall, the profit margin rises, even without any increase in revenue, simply by moving from manual to digital workflows.
