WERA Capital: BASIC & GLOBAL BUSINESS SETUP
WERA Capital Partners opens its machine room: the online course "Basic and Global Business Setup" explains how successful entrepreneurs structure their businesses.
Many businesses are built in the wrong order. According to Stefan Neuss, founder of WERA Capital Partners, this rarely happens on purpose. It happens because owners lack the right knowledge. With its first online training course, "Basic and Global Business Setup", the firm wants to close that gap.
Why AI is not enough
Many entrepreneurs today expect to find every answer in AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude. Neuss is sceptical. AI models reflect the data and priorities of the people who build them, he argues, and the practical knowledge of how the wealthiest ten per cent run their businesses is rarely written down in public.
"We all live on the same planet, but in completely different worlds," he says. Only owners who understand the rules of the business game, and apply them the way the most successful entrepreneurs do, can build a business that lasts.
A look inside the machine room
WERA Capital Partners works with wealthy clients every day. The firm sets up their international business structures, organises cash flow across groups of companies and solves financial questions worldwide. This experience forms the basis of the course.
For the first time, Neuss says, the firm is "lifting the curtain" and giving business owners a look into its machine room. Participants learn how the firm thinks, how its services work and how successful entrepreneurs plan their companies.
Better decisions
Some of the content will be familiar, Neuss admits, and some will be new. The main aim is to help owners make the right decisions at the right time. The course also serves as an entry point into the WERA Capital community.
